Mobility Fee

Important Information

Starting in May 2025, the mobility fee will also apply to guests of the MorgenZeit Hotel in Maria Alm. This legally mandated fee helps fund the expansion of public transportation in the Salzburger Land region and aims to provide guests with even better connectivity to the area. The mobility fee will be charged for all taxable overnight stays, meaning it applies to all guests aged 15 and older. The amount of the fee varies depending on the year, and it will be used to finance the free use of public transportation throughout the state of Salzburg. On our website, you will find all the important information about the mobility fee, how it works, and how to obtain your mobility ticket.
