For mountain bikers, Maria Alm is a true paradise. Here you will find forest roads, trails and lines to the many alpine pastures and up to the mountains. You can also take the mountain cable cars with your bike - to get to the top and go for a "spin” or simply bike back down into the valley.

Put in a break at one of the more than 50 serviced mountain huts to enjoy a cool drink and regional specialities. You may have arrived at one of the 16 herb-restaurants where you can enjoy a herb dish of award-winning quality, only available at this restaurant - a true culinary delight.

If you want to go on a cycling tour on a cycle path in the valley, we recommend the famous "Tauern bikeway". Simply ride a stage of the approximately 300 km long Tauern bikeway from Krimml to Salzburg, the city of Mozart.

For extreme mountain bikers, downhillers and endurists, we recommend the Flowtrail Hochkönig Dienten. Here, two trails lead into the valley. Also recommendable is the Bikepark Leogang, only a 20 minutes drive away from Hotel MorgenZeit. Here you will find 13 different trails of all difficulty levels and distances. Tables, wall rides and rollers, berms, takeoffs and more await all bikers here - from beginner to pro.
